firm in 1995, Ross King worked in Silicon Valley for many years in key sales and marketing management
positions, where he gained a wealth of experience in conducting research, launching products, building
distribution channels and creating sales and marketing teams.
Diane Hagglund joined King Research after eight years in product management and marketing at Mercury Interactive
where she learned the value of research at all stages of the product lifecycle. Diane had varying responsibilities
at Mercury including product marketing for LoadRunner, SiteScope (Freshwater), and Topaz plus solutions marketing for
technologies such as Web, client/server, J2EE, ERP, and CRM. Diane has a tremendous breadth of experience with IT
applications and infrastructure and their related go-to-market strategies.
Our primary activities at King Research are providing marketing research, plus developing and running
customer advisory boards for our clients. We also offer consulting services that focus on "the customer-driven process"
for clients who want to institute customer-driven principles at their companies.
